- Details of the events between September 1810 and July 1811 when the inhabitants of New Spain began to break its colonial ties. Scenes recreating events as the Grito de Dolores, the bloody storming of the Alhondiga in Guanajuato and the Battle of Monte de las Cruces, addition to the testimony of several of the leading historians of Mexico, rebuilds the story of a fundamental events that led to the independence of Mexico
